Mangové smoothie s pomerančem
- šťáva ze 2 pomerančů
- 1 mango

Mangové smoothie s mandlovým mlékem
- 1 šálek mandlového mléka
- 1 mango
(- 1-2 datle - pokud je třeba pro doslazení)

Mangové smoothie se špenátem
- 1 mango
- hrst špenátu
- 1 šálek vody (nebo pomerančové šťávy nebo mandlového mléka)

Mango Smoothie Recipe
Mangoes (opens a new window) are traditionally used to strengthening the nervous system, detox the body, and treat anaemia. Their lovely juicy flesh is just perfect for making delicious healthy fruit smoothies. They are rich in beta-carotene and Vitamin C, and a good source of the minerals potassium, calcium, and magnesium.

Fruit Smoothie Ingredients Serves 1-2

2 oranges
1 juicy mango
How to Make an Orange and Mango Smoothie
First juice the oranges, and add the juice to your blender.
Next peel the mango, and add the sliced flesh to the blender.
Blend until smooth, and enjoy.
This fruity smoothie tastes as gorgeous as it looks.

Almond Mango Smoothie Recipe
Mangoes are delicious blended with almond milk.
Fruit Smoothie Ingredients Serves 1-2
1 cup or almond milk
1 juicy ripe mango
1-2 soaked dates (optional)
How to Make an Almond and Mango Smootihe

Add the nut milk to the blender.
Peel and slice the mango, and add the lovely orange flesh.
If you like it really sweet then add the soaked dates or healthy sweetener of your choice.
Blend and enjoy.
Tip: An easy alternative to freshly made almond milk is to simply add a large teaspoon of almond butter, and a cup of water or orange juice.

Spinach and Mango Smoothie Recipe
This smoothie is a tasty way to eat your greens, and get all the benefits of chlorophyll.
Fruit Smoothie Ingredients Serves 1-2
1 ripe juicy mango
1 large handful of baby spinach
How to make a Spinach and Mango Smoothie
Peel the mango, and add the flesh to the blender.
Add a cup of either water, orange juice, or almond milk.
Next add the baby spinach.
Blend until lovely and smooth.
Tip: If you like your smoothies nice and thick then blend the mango and spinach without adding any liquid. You may need to use a celery stick to push the mango and spinach down into the blades of the blender. Be sure to keep you hand well clear of the blades.
